We seek to tilt the prevailing nonprofit logic along two fronts. Firstly, we affirm that nonprofit leadership matters, perhaps now more than ever. Secondly, we observe that collaboration is now a ubiquitous feature of nonprofit practice.

Our research suggests that nonprofit leaders want leadership solutions that safeguard the sector’s distinctive characteristics and values. Equally, nonprofit leaders want solutions that help them respond to the challenges collaboration presents.

Through leadership, collaboration & research solutions we therefore aim to tilt nonprofit leadership.

Bio

Tilted logic founder, Dr Tim Groves, is an experienced executive coach, group facilitator and leadership developer. Building on almost three decades of senior nonprofit leadership and leadership consultancy, Tim brings passion and expertise to the task of developing nonprofit leaders and their teams.

Tim’s research includes a focus on nonprofit leadership and collaborative practice. As well as teaching on a number of MBA programmes, Tim also supervises graduate and Doctoral researchers.
